The Co-ed interlock league is a house league catering to players from ages 11 through to 14 and FUN is the main focus in this league.

There are two divisions in Interlock - U11/12 and U13/14. Normally we have enough members to create 2 teams per age group. The teams play other co-ed teams from Niagara on the Lake and Thorold in a home and away format.  The season ends with a finals day celebration hosted in Niagara on the Lake.

We are currently looking for Coaches for this league, please indicate that you are willing to coach when you submit your child's application form. Please remember that we depend solely on volunteers, without parents volunteering to coach, we cannot offer any teams.  We currently need at least 4 coaches- 1 per team. However we are happy to accept two coaches per team, sometimes it is easier to share the fun with another parent!
