Refunds
Refund requests must be made in writing and mailed to the registrar at:

We recognize that parents are very busy but we must ask for a written note to request a refund. Unfortunately there can be no exceptions. There will be no refunds to players who quit after June 15, 2015 unless supported by a medical condition that has arisen subsequent to registration. Deadline for refund applications is June 30, 2015. An attempt will be made to process refund cheques within 30 days of when written the request is received. Each refund cheque will have a deduction of $20.00 handling charge. If a child has picked up a uniform it must be returned before a refund can be issued.
